Oyster Knives – Wusthof Oyster Knives
We’re often asked, which oyster knife do you recommend?

Over the years, we’ve tried lots of different oyster knives. We’ve found that Wusthof Oyster Knives are the best oyster knives for performance, safety, quality and durability. We use these knives whenever we shuck oysters (mainly the Wusthof Oyster Knife 4284) and we have 100% confidence in all of them.

Wusthof Oyster Knives feature blades made from one solid strip of German High Carbon Stainless Steel: X50CrMoV15 tempered and hardened (Rockwell hardness scale: HRC); points, tips and edges are expertly honed by hand; and handles made from polypropylene (which unlike wooden handles won’t warp, split, break or loosen).

Wusthof Oyster Knives are trusted and used by celebrity chefs, professional oyster shuckers, professional chefs, and home cooks alike in the UK and worldwide.
