Delivery Information

At Checkout, you select the date you would like your parcel delivered to your address (your scheduled delivery date). Delivery is usually made between 8am and 4pm (or on occasions by 6pm or later) on your scheduled delivery date by courier. Please note: On rare occasions parcels may be delayed by the courier’s network, so delivery may be made the day after your scheduled delivery date. Please see ‘Order seafood 1 day in advance’ below.

We recommend you select your delivery date for seafood one day in advance. For example, if you would like your parcel delivered on Friday as you need the oysters and smoked fish for Saturday or Sunday, then at Checkout, please select Thursday as your scheduled delivery date. This means your parcel should be delivered on Thursday, but if your parcel is delayed by the courier’s network then delivery will be made the next day on Friday.

On the day prior to your scheduled delivery date, we email you the courier consignment details for your parcel. Please use these details to visit the courier’s website to track the status of delivery. Your parcel should be delivered on your scheduled delivery date. On rare occasions parcels can be delayed by the couriers, so delivery may be made the next business day. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place (specified by you at Checkout under ‘Order Notes’), or somewhere else at your delivery address, or with a neighbour. You can specify a safe place at Checkout under ‘Order Notes’ (for example: If out leave parcel in porch, at side of house etc). If you have any questions about delivery, please contact your local delivery depot as they will only discuss delivery with the recipient of the parcel for confidentiality reasons.
